Production technology
Density with good tactile properties and strength characteristics
The production technology allows for the production of non-woven fabric of the SS type (two layers of spunbond), an important advantage of the equipment and line configuration is the ability to produce material with low density, which is especially relevant in the production of hygiene products and medical clothing.
Laboratory
The company's laboratory is equipped with the most modern measuring devices, testing and auxiliary equipment that meet international standards. Laboratory specialists carry out quality control of products according to various parameters:
- tensile strength,

The production line, as well as auxiliary equipment, guarantees the high quality of the fabric. The line is equipped with special automatic control systems that track the appearance of defects. The system is arranged in such a way that the material with a detected defect is rejected during the production process. Before sending the product to the warehouse, the material undergoes the strictest laboratory control procedure.
